I am away from home for a couple weeks, spending time with my mom in Wisconsin. As I'm typing this, it is 50 degrees cooler here than it is where I live in Arizona. There is a saying here about the weather though that goes, "wait 5 minutes, it'll change" and I have to say that it's pretty true. This week it's been warm and muggy enough for the air conditioners to be on, cold enough to wear a sweatshirt and stormy enough to knock out the power for 7 hours. I love it!
Today I have for you, my DT project for the Celebrate challenge at the Tilda's Town challenge blog. You should come check it out. My very talented teamies have created some gorgeous works.
At the party we have Tilda With Balloon, Edwin In Miami, Congratulation Tilda, Christmas Party Tilda and Birthday Tilda. I colored them all with Distress Inks, which is not my forte but they travel well. I found this fun Basic Grey DP at a fabulous local stamping/papercraft store here. (I so need to move back)!
I used three Magnolia die sets; Tilda Tag, Cloud & Flag and Leaf & Swirl. The size of these worked perfectly in my Zaz. (Yes, it's a dinosaur but it's great for travel). More of what I used is listed at the bottom of this post.
I hope you will come join us. You could win a $10 gift voucher.
Tilda's Town is a most magical shop specializing in Magnolia Stamps & Cutting dies. We carry over 1,400 stamps in stock at all times & over 4,000 dies from all your favorite brands. We offer very competitive shipping rates and we ship worldwide. Visit us at Tilda's Town and live the magic.
