It's The Freezin' Season

Good Saturday Morning to You My Friends!  I hope you're having a great weekend so far.

Today I have my DT make for the Tilda's Town Challenges and this week we're challenging you to make something for the FREEZIN' SEASON.  Whether you're making a Valentine, Thank You, Miss You, Birthday or Christmas card for next year, you can make it wintery and join in our challenge for a lovely prize.

This card pretty much represents my sister and I.  Me being the mischievous redhead lying in wait to pelt my unsuspecting little sister.  :p

These two cuties are "In The Snow Scarf Tilda" and "In The Snow Heart Tilda" from the Magnolia 2013 Winter Wonderland Collection.  I've colored them with Copic markers and accented with lots of Stickles glitter.  My card has been done in a sort of Stepper design but in reverse.  Normally the center is to the front and the sides are at the back.

I did a lot of die cutting especially with Magnolia DooHickey's Club vol. 2.  I've also used an Art Deco Corner by Cheery Lynn Designs which I used on the middle panel to frame the oval.  The trees are Marianne Design and the heart is Sizzix.  Everything I've used is listed at the bottom of this post.

I Love You THIS Much!

Hello My Crafty Friends!  I hope all is good on your side of the computer screen.

I'm so proud of myself, as I actually got this card finished on Tuesday and that is a huge deal for me because I am always so last minute.  I see all of these talented card makers out there posting a new card like every other day and wonder what kind of vitamins they're taking.

Anyhoo, this is my Design Team make for the latest Tilda's Town challenge and our theme this week is IT'S ABOUT LOVE.  A great opportunity to get a special Valentine or two made for the special someone/s in your life and win a $10 gift voucher to boot. 

This is Tiptoe Tilda from the  2014 Animal Of The Year collection.  She's so cute and I just love that hair.  I've colored her up with Copics to match the pretty digital papers by Sweet Shoppe Designs.  I am using my new Heart Banner die that I got for myself for Christmas.  I love it!

I have given the texture paste thing a try by adding a doily effect to the background and added some Stickles to it.  Love the subtle effect.  I will be hunting and gathering more stencils now. (I know, I'm way behind the times here).

Hello my Crafty Peeps!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!  I hope you had a most wonderful holiday season!

This last couple of months have most definitely flown by for me.  It was crazy, chaotic, wonderful and, once again, I have vowed to be more prepared for the next go around.  We'll see...

Today is the start of another fantastic Tilda's Town Challenge and our theme this week is HAPPY EVERYTHING.  I chose A Joyful Tilda for this one because she really is a happy girl.

I've colored several Miss Tildas with Copics and pieced them together in layers for a bit of dimension.  Vintage Photo Distress Ink and Snow-Tex have been added to just about everything for a bit of shabby chicness.  All of the supplies I've used are listed at the bottom of this post.
