It was my goal to have my first post up before my birthday. This is my first post ON my birthday. YAY!
I created this birthday card for my good friend Michele who lives in Sugar Hill, GA, hence the peach theme. So Michele, if you see this before the mailman gets it there, I apologize for ruining the surprise.
Everyone who knows me, knows that I am always crafting. Whether I'm working on cards or something for the house, I've always got something (or many somethings) in the works. I can't help it, it's just who I am. So my intention with this blog is to share. I want to share my crafting knowledge with you and I hope that you will share your knowledge with me so please don't hesitate to leave your comments.
About the card: All of the cardstock came from my HUGE stash and so I apologize for not having the exact color name at hand. I can tell you that it's all by Bazzill Basics. The plaid paper is by Chatterbox. Punches used: medium Groovy and small star for the flowers, large oval for the leaves. Dies: Circle #1 and Bare Tree by Sizzix. The peach I made by printing clipart on the back side of my cardstock and then cutting by hand.
